Blackstone was engaged to lead the Turnaround at a a major chemical processing facility in Alberta, Canada. This project marked a new record for Blackstone in terms of manpower and complexity, involving major overhauls across a diverse range of rotating equipment and systems.

This turnaround set a new benchmark for Blackstone with 101 skilled personnel deployed across three operating decks and multiple process units. Coordination with both the customer’s internal teams and OEM representatives was critical for execution. Managing this scale of labor, logistics, and scope required precision planning and consistent communication.
Single Point of Contact: Blackstone served as the sole millwright provider, simplifying project oversight for the Client—“one throat to choke.”
